Designed "in-house" by the developer and constructed by CB Construction, 9 Linden Street overlooks tranquil Linden Park in the heart of Brookline Village.  

Once a single-family home and then a rooming house, the project consisted of the historic preservation and adaptive re-use of the wood-frame building into five condominium units.
